Last week Pylos sold 'City Station', signature building located on Avenue de la Gare 8-10 in Luxembourg, to an institutional investor. The building has an office surface of 2,550 m² and a commercial area of 810 m². The office tenants are: Centralis Group, Russian Commercial Bank, Alpha Private Equity Fund 6 Management. The ground floor is leased to the brand New Yorker.
Five months after the delivery of E-lite, Pylos has signed a lease agreement with Simcorp. They will take up the seventh floor as from the 1st of May 2015. Simcorp is specialised in investment and portfolio management software and services for the investment management industry.
China Bank of Communications signed a lease for the remaining vacant space, around 1.100m², at City Link. The Bank of Communications is amongst the top 5 leading commercial banks in China and has an extensive network of over 2,800 branches covering over 80 major cities. Merely 5 months after delivery City Link is fully let, another great success story!
