In June this year Carmignac Gestion and Pylos signed a fixed 9-year lease for 947m2 at City Link (see previous news report). This week both parties again signed a deal for an additional rental area of 490m2 and two parking spaces starting on 1 January 2014. As a result 60% of City Link is now pre-leased 5 months before completion.
Pylos has signed a 6/9 year lease contract with Centralis Group, a market leading outsourced corporate services provider. 85% of City Station is now pre-leased. Centralis Group will take 6 out of 8 available office floors. Retail chain New Yorker will rent the retail unit of the building (see earlier press release).
