Simcorp at E-lite

Five months after the delivery of E-lite, Pylos  has signed a lease agreement with Simcorp. They will take up the seventh floor as from the 1st of May 2015. Simcorp is specialised in investment and portfolio management software and services for the investment management industry.
 
With this transaction, 76% of the total surface of the building has already been leased out, a remarkable result in the actual market conditions. There are only two floors remaining with a total surface of 1.700 m².
