After the first development phase of Watson & Crick, Pylos has successfully initiated the second phase with a rental agreement with the Lhoist group, a Belgian company global leader in lime, dolime and minerals.
Pylos Zambia has initiated the earthworks for its first commercial development in Zambia. On the site, located in the heart of the Kabulonga neighborhood, the company intends to develop a 7,000 sqm GLA convenience center which will bring a variety of new and innovative retail options to the area.

Pylos is pleased to announce that Tom Deckers has been appointed as CEO of the Pylos group, effective March 9, 2015.
Tom Deckers joined Pylos in 2009 and has experience in a range of leadership positions in the company, first working as group CFO operating from Brussels and later as group COO from the Pylos offices in São Paulo, Brazil.
End 2014 Pylos obtained the required permits for the construction of an office project of 4,200 m², "Fort Wallis", BREEAM certified, in the booming station area of Luxembourg. The demolition works started a few weeks ago.
