End 2014 Pylos obtained the required permits for the construction of an office project of 4,200 m², "Fort Wallis", BREEAM certified, in the booming station area of Luxembourg. The demolition works started a few weeks ago.
This project has already aroused much interest from investors and tenants as it will be the only building with AAA offices with delivery in 2016.
"Fort Wallis" is located next to the offices of Arcelor Mittal, HSBC, BDO and other multinationals.
Pylos Benelux confirms its leadership position in two of the most important markets of Luxembourg, CBD and station area. After "Gare Immo", "City Station" and "Gare 36", "Fort Wallis" is the fourth Pylos project in the station area, and the eighth in Luxembourg since 2004.
