Last week Pylos signed a 9 year lease contract with New Yorker for its retail unit located at Avenue de la Gare 8-10. New Yorker has almost 1.000 stores in 38 countries, making it one of Europe's largest fashion businesses. The unit consists of 800m² sales room and 150m² stock room and will be New Yorker’s first flagship store in Luxemburg city. The opening is scheduled for October 2013.

The Ferrières-en-Brie (Marne-la-Vallée) hub is the "flagship base" of the Hubert group, which markets its food products under the "Coup de Pâtes" brand. A 12-year secured lease has been signed, with the option to extend it when the site is expanded.

At the end of 2012, Pylos obtained building permit for the construction of a retail and SME project (approx. 2,000 m²) on one of the main roads into Brussels.
The project has a strategic urban location and was approved after intense collaboration with the authorities.

Pylos has successfully started the commercialization of Citylink (3,835m²) in Luxembourg with the first major off plan rental (> 20%) to Banque Hapoalim Suisse SA. It involves a long-term rental contract at a rental price of 39 € / m² / month + VAT. The development of the project will start in January 2013 and completion is scheduled by the end of 2013.
