Pylos has signed a 6/9 year lease contract with Centralis Group, a market leading outsourced corporate services provider. 85% of City Station is now pre-leased. Centralis Group will take 6 out of 8 available office floors. Retail chain New Yorker will rent the retail unit of the building (see earlier press release).
At this point, only the impressive 7th and 8th floors are still available.
The City Station project is currently being renovated. It will have 2500m² of prime office area, a 800m² retail unit and 67 underground parking spots. The works will be finished in September 2013.
