Pylos delivered the new KNO Brussels station for FedEx Europe in just seven months, including the private fit-out works. The new station combines a mix of 3.500 m² cross-dock activities and 1.600 m² of offices. This project was studied to be Energy neutral, obtained a maximum Energy level of -8 and benefits of 3.500 m² of solar energy.
