Start of new development on Watson & Crick Hill

Pylos Benelux has started the construction of 4000 m² of energy-efficient offices at Watson & Crick Hill technology park.
The offices will respond to a rising demand of customers for efficient quality buildings focusing on the flexibility and sustainability of the workplace. Our financial partners have shown their support of our convictions in this respect, so we can now start up the development, at short-term and at our own risk.
Project delivery is planned in mid-September 2013.
