Second City Link lease (Luxembourg)

Pylos and Carmignac Gestion, one of the main European players in asset management, have signed a fixed 9-year lease contract for 947 m² of office space at City Link this week. 50% of City Link is currently already pre-leased 6 months before completion (Hapoalim Bank also signed earlier this year). The lessees will be operational on 1 January 2014.
City Link will receive a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM certificate.
