Pylos purchases a building in the new port area of Rio de Janeiro.

Pylos Brazil concluded the purchase of Proposito 130, a building that once belonged to Banco BANERJ – Banco do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.

This future development of Pylos is located in a prominent area of Porto Maravilha of the city of Rio de Janeiro, this region is also modernizing deeply and it attracts investments of big companies, such as Banco Central do Brazil.

Pylos will develop the project according to the approval of secretary of the State, offering 7.735 sqm of private area, with high technical and a modern facade directly imported from Spain.
