After only 9 months, Pylos obtains the permit for E-Lite, Avenue Louise

Pylos obtained the final consent for a permit of 6.900m² GLA offices on the Avenue Louise yesterday, where the former HQ of Bayer will be reconstructed and extended with one floor.

Jurgen Trappeniers, Project Director: “We are very delighted that we obtained this permit this quickly. This is due to the quality of the proposed project and the constructive bilateral talks we had with the Brussels’ department of Urbanism who supported our approach!"

Pylos will reconstruct a Category A office building, obtaining a “Very Good” BREEAM certificate and Valideo certificate.

The start of works is foreseen Q4 2011 with delivery Q3/Q4 2012.
